مدیره کنگره ایرانیان
یکماه
از مجمع عمومی میگذرد. امیدوار بودم که شاهد تغییراتی در هییت
مدیره باشیم. ولی متاسفانه به نظر میاید که یا در سمت های
اجرایی تغییراتی بوجود نیامده و یا اینکه اینبار نیز میبایست
هفته ها
منتظر بمانیم تا اطلاع رسانی شود.
موردی
که مرا واداشت که این عریضه را تهیه و برای شما ارسال دارم،
تعرضاتی متعددی میباشند که هییت مدیره در سال گذشته
به
حقوق اینجانب وارد کرده که فهرست وار از آنها نام خواهم برد.
وظیفه شهروندی ایجاب میکند که نسبت به آنها واکنش نشان داده و
احقاق حقوق از دست رفته خود را بخش عمده فعالیت های سال آینده
خود قرار دهم.
در
رابطه با پرونده حقوقی علیه هییت مدیره در سال ۲۰۱۸ اکثر شما
معترض بودید که چرا شاکیان سعی ننمودند که در درجه اول از طریق
گفتگو های مسالمت آمیز داخلی به رفع مشکل بپردازند. از اینرو
موارد تعرضی را با شما در میان میگذارم و امیدوارم که بتوانیم
بصورت مسالمت آمیز آنها را برطرف کنیم.
در این
راستا دو طرح پیشنهادی خود را با شما در میان میگذارم،
امیدوارم که مورد قبول شما گردند.
۱- در پایان یکی از جلسات هییت مدیره، زمانی برای رسیدگی به
اعتراضات من اختصاص داده شود. لازم میبینم که این گفتگو ها
بصورت عمومی برگزار گردند.
۲- با توافق یکدیگر هییتی را برگزینیم که بعد از شنیدن اظهارات
طرفین، کدخدا منشانه به رفع مشکلات بپردازد.
موارد تعرضی به حقوق اینجانب:
۱- اتهام به وابستگی به مجاهدین خلق توسط آرزو خدیر، نایب رئیس
کنگره ایرانیان.
۲- ممانعت از همکاری داوطلبانه من با کمیته بازنگری اساسنامه
توسط کیهان رضوی، عضو مستعفی کنگره.
۳-
اتهام عدم رعایت کپی رایت و ممانعت از انتشار سخنان کیهان رضوی
در توضیح دلایل مخالفت با من در مشارکت بازبینی اساسنامه
۴- لغو عضویت ده ساله من توسط احمد احساندار، دبیر کنگره.
۵- حذف متعدد مطالب، توهین، اتهام و محروم ساختن اینجانب از
حضور در فوروم کنگره توسط رضا نامداری، عضو منتصب هییت مدیره
کنگره.
۶- محروم سازی اینجانب از شرکت در انتخابات و حضور در مجمع
عمومی توسط کمیته انتخابات منتصب هییت مدیره کنگره.
تخلف در اجرای قوانین شرکت ها در استان انتاریو، در رابطه با
در اختیار قرار دادن لیست اعضاء
تخلف
هییت مدیره ۲۰۱۸ در ممانعت از دسترسی به لیست اعضاء مبلغی حدود
۲۰۰ هزار دلار برای کامیونیتی هزینه برداشت. متاسفانه هییت
مدیره ۲۰۲۰ با تعیین مبلغی نامعقول و گزاف به گونه ای دیگر
مانع از دسترسی به لیست اعضاء شد. جای تاسف خواهد بود که اگر
از گذشته درس گرفته نباشیم.
امیدوارم که هییت مدیره اگر هم اعتراضات و پیشنهادات اینجانب
را نامربوط میداند، حداقل با پاسخ کتبی من را در جریان نظرات
خود قرار دهد. این نکته را هم در نظر داشته باشیم که ورای
حقانیت و یا عدم حقانیت موارد مطرحه ، جوابگویی و اقدام به رفع
مشکلات از طریق گفتگو های مسالمت آمیز بدون دخالت مراجع
بیگانه، میتواند روند سازنده و جدیدی برای این نهاد باشد.
The
Iranian Canadian Congress board members
A month has
passed since the General Assembly. I was hoping to see some
changes in the board. But unfortunately, it seems that
either there have been no changes in the executive positions
or another time we have to wait months before changes be
announced.
I
am contacting you because of the numerous violations by
ICC board members to my rights
in the past year and
I am going to list a few of them. I believe defending
one’s rights
and opposing any misuse of power is a civic duty that should
not be neglected. This is going to be my main task in
activities related to the ICC in the new year.
Regarding the
2018 lawsuit against the board, most of you were blaming the
plaintiffs that they did not try to resolve the issue
initially through peaceful internal dialogues. Therefore, I
am sharing my issues with you and I hope that we will be
able to resolve them in a friendly manner.
In this regard,
I share my two proposals:
1.
At the end of one of your board meetings, please take
time to address my objections. I find it necessary
these talks to be
public.
2. By mutual
agreement, a committee be elected to arbitrate between us.
A) Violations of
my rights:
1.
Allegation of affiliation with MEK of me and my
family by Arezoo Khadir, Vice President of the Iranian
Congress.
2. Depriving me
from participation in the ICC bylaw revision by Kayhan
Razavi, a resigned board member.
3. Allegation of
copyright violation by the board that prevented publishing
of my YouTube video of Kayhan Razavi's remarks explaining
the reasons for opposing my presence in the bylaw revision
committee.
4. Cancellation
of my 10 year membership by Ahmad Ehsandar, secretary of ICC.
5. Removing
numerous contents, insulting, accusing and depriving me of
posting on the ICC Forum Facebook page by Reza Namdari, an
appointed admin and member of the board.
6. Depriving me
of participation in the elections and attendance at the
Annual General Assembly by the Election Committee appointed
by the Board of Directors of the ICC.
B) Violation of
Ontario Corporation Act re: submission of member list:
The
2018 board violation for failing to submit the list of ICC
members led to a lawsuit against the board and ended up
costing our community around $ 200,000.
Unfortunately, the 2020 board of directors, by setting an
unreasonable and exorbitant fee in 2021, also prevented
access to the list of members. It would be unfortunate if we
did not learn from the
costly
experience of the past.
I hope that the
board will at least inform me of their comments in writing
even if it considers my objections and suggestions
irrelevant. We should also keep in mind that beyond the
legitimacy or non-legitimacy of the
above listed issues, accountability and willingness to
resolve problems through peaceful dialogues without the
intervention of other authorities, can be a constructive new
process for our organization.
